Cuando can provide for your server needs taking care of Mail, Internet Access, User accounts and security. We use the Open Source Linux operating system, a particular flavour of Linux called SuSE. There are no licences to pay for, you only have to buy suitable server hardware (which we can provide) and pay for our time involved in setting things up.
We take the security of your data seriously and advocate the use of external storage solutions such as RAID backup devices, or in mission critical circumstances the mirroring of your hardware to provide backup servers. By employing high data redundancy techniques and stringent security copying procedures, in the event of an emergency we aim to keep your downtime and disruption to an absolute minimum.
We can also supply and install all kinds of weird and wonderful hardware for your network, from Networked Attached Storage (NAS) devices, Switches, Printers, Print Servers and so on.
Once you have your server in place, we don't forget about you. Maintenance and housekeeping are vitally important to the continued running of your systems. Using SSH(Secure Shell) access we can connect to your server remotely and perform the required tasks to keep things ticking over nicely.
