Business Intelligence applications provide a means of querying and analysing your database data in a new way, using your Web Browser. Point-and-Click reports that provide graphs, charts and drill-down analysis enable quick and accessible facts and figures to be obtained and shared.
We use a particular product called OpenReports, which we can integrate into a local Intranet for office access, or create a secured Internet access approach for viewing from home or anywhere with an internet connection.
Our preferred solution is to add OpenReports onto a Linux based Apache-Tomcat webserver and access an Informix database using ODBC/JDBC technology. However, if you use a different database such as MS-SQL, MySQL for example, we still may be able to utilise your existing system.
